Job description
ALDO Group’s New York store is seeking a Sales Lead who drives results by leading by example, coaching associates, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will take the lead when management isn’t on the floor and help keep operations running smoothly.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least six months of hands-on retail or service management, and a genuine passion for fashion.
