Job description
WHBM is seeking a Sales Lead in Fort Worth, TX to support store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will model customer-centered service and lead by example to deliver memorable shopping experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.
You will coach teammates, manage floor operations, handle cash and inventory, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
