Job description
White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead in Palm Desert to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and support leadership tasks as needed. You will set the tone for a customer‑centered environment and help deliver memorable shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.
In this role you will coach associates, lead by example on the floor, and manage responsibilities such as scheduling, cash handling, and merchandising.
