Job description
Chico's in Boardman, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality and style.
You will drive brand standards, coach associates, handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment, and lead by example on the sales floor while embracing omni-channel initiatives to create memorable shopping experiences.
