Chico’s Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and support leadership tasks to uphold brand standards. You’ll foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond transactions.
You’ll guide product knowledge on the floor, coach teammates, and help with scheduling while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture. 2 years retail mgmt preferred; 18+; weekends/evenings required.
