Job description
WHBM in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You’ll drive brand standards, steer a welcoming, customer-centered environment, and help translate our hospitality culture into memorable shopping experiences.
You’ll guide daily operations, coach associates, manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, while sharing product knowledge and omni-channel initiatives.
