Job description
WHBM in Tyson’s Corner, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and step in to support leadership responsibilities. You will set the tone for achieving store goals by providing clear direction and a welcoming, customer‑centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
In this role you’ll coach teammates, share brand priorities, manage daily operations, and lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni‑channel approach.
