Job description
Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead at our Anthem, AZ store to deliver personalized customer experiences and support the store team. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, including leadership, is comfortable with POS systems, and can communicate clearly. Flexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
