White House Black Market in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise and support a high-performing team, and uphold brand standards in a welcoming environment.
You’ll help achieve store goals on the sales floor with product knowledge, coaching, omni-channel initiatives, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory tasks, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
