Job description
WHBM is seeking a Sales Lead in Houston to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will set the tone for achieving goals, coach staff, and model a welcoming, customer-centered experience that reflects our hospitality culture on the sales floor and in operations.
You will support opening/closing, schedule management, and omni-channel engagement while maintaining merchandise standards and a positive work environment. Must be at least 18 and enjoy fashion.
