Job description
WHBM in Huntington Station, NY is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership in store operations. You will uphold brand standards and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You’ll coach colleagues, share product knowledge, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and help the team hit performance goals. The role offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $22.50 and is Regular/Part time.
