Job description
knitwellgroup's WHBM Mashpee location is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and support leadership responsibilities on the floor. You will model customer-centered service and create memorable experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.
You'll partner with store leaders, coach associates, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and promotions, while maintaining a welcoming environment and driving sales.
