Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer interactions and guide associates in delivering personalized experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when required.
You will onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use technology to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping environment. This role emphasizes coaching and teamwork.
