Job description
Chico's FAS, Inc. in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards to create memorable customer experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.
You will open and close the store, coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure cashier operations while supporting omni-channel initiatives. Strong communication, 2 years of retail leadership, and flexibility for nights/weekends are highly valued.
