Job description
KnitWell Group's WHBM store in Grand Rapids is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer hospitality. You will drive brand standards, share product knowledge, coach staff, manage opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while delivering memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in retail management, 18+ years old, and strong communication skills.
