Job description
knitwellgroup is seeking a Sales Lead for the WHBM store in Alexandria, VA to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will drive brand standards, coach staff, and create a welcoming, customer-centric environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.
You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, manage operations tasks, and support scheduling while maintaining cash handling and inventory controls.
