Job description
KnitWell Group in Orland Park, IL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and lead by example. You will uphold brand standards and cultivate a welcoming, customer-centered culture that makes shopping memorable.
You will support opening/closing, communicate priorities, coach staff, manage cash, scheduling, inventory, and promotions while driving strong teamwork and sales performance.
