Job description
Edikted in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join a fast-paced fashion brand. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and create an engaging shopping environment.
The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in retail management, a passion for fashion and customer service, and a detail-oriented mindset. You should be physically capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and be flexible about evenings and weekends. Familiarity with retail systems is a plus.
