Job description
KnitWell Group’s WHBM store in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership and coach the team. You’ll uphold brand standards, create a welcoming customer-centered environment, and drive sales through coaching and product knowledge.
You will open and close the store, manage schedules, assist with inventory, and ensure policies are followed while delivering memorable shopping experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
