Job description
White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership and maintain a customer-focused environment in our Lehigh Valley Mall location. You will drive brand standards, help coach the team, and ensure a high level of service on the sales floor.
Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while promoting omni-channel shopping and a positive team culture.
