Job description
Texas Health Fort Worth offers a Graduate Nurse Residency in the Emergency Department for new graduate RNs. The next cohort starts February 22, 2027, with a structured education program, mentoring, and cross-training across departments.
Residents rotate through home units and participate in evaluations and self-care sessions. After the residency, anticipated hours are full-time with 3–12 hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, plus on-call requirements.
