As a General Manager, you will be theleaderof your restaurant’sMeatcraft®.You willhelpyour Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance,engagement,and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reachsaleand profit goals, you will be responsibleinensuringthat your restaurantis deliveringthe top meats.To qualify for thisGeneral Manager,best-brand-you-ever-worked-forjob,you:
Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
