Job description
We are eager to take our business to the next level by hiring an experienced insurance agent with a proven track record of maintaining and growing customer portfolios. You’ll hone your sales skills by forging strong relationships that serve as the foundation for our firm’s prestige, and we’ll give you the support you need to reach your earning potential. Embracing a personal approach to insurance sales gives candidates a leg up in this role, which includes developing strategies for promoting all types of new insurance contracts; making changes or additions to existing ones; and collecting key client information for risk profiles used to identify insurance plans for each unique individual.

Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Commitment to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of integrity.
Ability to facilitate training and development programs, promoting continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful
Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies that expand your network of prospective clients and strengthen your presence within the community and market.
Build and nurture lasting client relationships by gaining a thorough understanding of their financial priorities and delivering personalized guidance throughout their financial journey.
Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional financial solutions that may complement their existing strategies and further support their goals.
Evaluate client financial portfolios and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions based on their individual circumstances, objectives, and risk considerations.
Maintain current knowledge of financial markets, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to ensure recommendations and client conversations remain informed and relevant.
Share knowledge and experience with developing advisors, contributing to a supportive environment focused on professional growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Work closely with internal partners and available resources to coordinate client needs, facilitate efficient implementation of recommendations, and provide a consistent experience from initial conversation through ongoing service.
