Job description
Lidl US is seeking a Store Manager for our Maryland-area locations. You will lead a team of 15–60 employees, drive store performance, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
You will own operational excellence, staffing, training, and adherence to policies in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for delivering strong customer service, managing day-to-day tasks, and developing your team to meet store targets while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
