Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training/Co-Manager path at Fort Smith, AR. This role assists the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals while protecting company assets.
You will lead a high-energy sales team, provide coaching, supervise daily store operations, handle loss prevention, and ensure the Journeys culture of customer-first service.
