What You’ll Do as a Store Manager
Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
Create schedules and ensure proper staffing for efficient store operations.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores with strong visual presentation.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product assortment to maximize sales.
Manage payroll, expenses, shrink, and store financial performance.
Handle cash, deposits, reporting, and store transactions accurately and securely.
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations.
Conduct store audits and maintain high operational and image standards.
Lead with professionalism, accountability, and a strong team‑first attitude.
Qualifications
Experience, Education & Training
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry.
At least 2 years of management experience with direct responsibility for financial performance, including P&L accountability, in a high-volume retail environment.
Proven ability to build and sustain a customer‑focused culture that prioritizes service excellence and guest satisfaction.
