Job description
Man Up and Go in Holmes and Coshocton Counties is seeking a Fatherhood Specialist to lead our work with fathers and families through Ohio’s Responsible Fatherhood Initiative. You’ll coach at-risk dads, run Fatherhood Gatherings, supervise two coaches, and build partnerships with local agencies and churches.
You bring 3+ years in social services or program leadership, strong relationship skills, knowledge of the local community, and a personal Christian faith aligned with our mission.
