Job description
Welder/FitterThe Welder/Fitter will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components using various welding processes. The ideal candidate is experienced in MIG, TIG, dual shield, and flux core welding, and can read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesWeld metal components using MIG, TIG, dual shield, and flux core processesFit, assemble, and fabricate metal structures according to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plansInspect and measure parts to ensure compliance with quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesQualificationsProven welding experience with MIG, TIG, dual shield, and flux core, 1yr+ on-the-job experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basisReliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team
