FCHC Urgent Care - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA)Fulton County Health Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our FCHC Urgent Care team. In this role, you will assist in providing exceptional patient care by documenting patient encounters, escorting patients to exam rooms, taking and recording vital signs, and preparing for and assisting with exams, procedures, and wound/incision dressing changes. You will also handle patient phone calls and communicate with other offices and facilities on behalf of the patient.Job Responsibilities:Document patient encounters as directed by the providerEscort/assist patients to roomsTake and record patient vitalsPrepare patients for exams and proceduresAssist with wound and incision dressing changesTake patient phone calls and communicate with other healthcare facilitiesRequirements:Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA)Previous experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software is requiredPrior experience in a provider office setting is preferredStrong multitasking skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentExcellent customer service skills
