Job description
APTIM is seeking a hands-on Federal Capture Manager to own strategic environmental remediation pursuits. The role may be filled at Senior Manager or Director level based on experience and capture success, with ownership spanning from early qualification through award.
The successful candidate will shape opportunities before solicitation, lead cross‑functional pursuit teams, and maintain continuous strategy across the capture lifecycle for federal environmental programs including CERCLA and RCRA.
