Job description
APTIM is seeking a hands‑on Federal Capture Manager to own pursuits from early identification through capture, proposal development, negotiation and award. The role focuses on federal environmental remediation opportunities and may be filled at Senior Manager or Director level based on experience.
You will assemble cross‑functional pursuit teams, shape pre‑solicitation positions and manage a defined portfolio of opportunities with senior leadership visibility.
