Job description
Kaizen seeks an experienced Events Lead to own the federal conference circuit—from strategy to calendar, sponsorships, and on-site execution. You will manage budgets, select shows, negotiate with organizers, and ensure the Kaizen presence reflects a high-caliber product and brand.
You’ll collaborate with sales for pipeline-driven outcomes, run satellite events in Washington, and craft content and leadership on stage. This role is hybrid and based in NYC or DC with travel to major events.
