Job description
FlatironDragados is seeking a VP, Federal Market Leader to own and grow the federal contracting business, primarily with DoD agencies such as NAVFAC and the Army Corps. You will develop a pipeline in Business Development, drive pursuits, and build a best-in-class team from the ground up.
You will lead strategy, pricing, and negotiations, recruit and mentor staff, and partner with global teams to pursue joint opportunities.
