Job description
Golden Key Group (GKG) seeks an experienced Performance Management and Performance Pay Team Lead to oversee federal performance management, compensation, and pay-pool activities for a federal intelligence agency in Springfield, Virginia. Start expected early 2027, on-site.
The candidate will serve as the primary program contact, provide leadership across performance management and data analyses, and ensure compliance with DCIPS and related regulations while coordinating with HR and executives.
