Job description
Aecon seeks a Director, Federal Procurement & Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) to establish and lead Aecon’s U.S. federal procurement function from its Charlotte, NC office.
You will ensure compliant, best‑value acquisitions for federal projects and oversee requisition writers and buyers across project teams. You will design and administer small business subcontracting plans under FAR Part 19, manage eSRS reporting, and travel to project sites while developing policies, KPIs, and training
