AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Director of Federal Sales for public safety products in Washington, DC. This player-coach role leads federal and military sales strategy, manages the sales team, and supports strategic accounts and new government opportunities.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of government sales leadership experience, deep knowledge of federal procurement, and strong CRM and forecasting capabilities.
