Job description
Bayer is seeking a Director, Federal Regional Accounts to lead engagement strategies with federal accounts such as VISNs, MTFs, and TRICARE, driving access, formulary inclusion, and guideline placement for Bayer brands.
You will collaborate with National Directors and market access teams to deliver performance across VAMCs and other facilities, leveraging the Dynamic Shared Ownership model in 90-day cycles.
