Job description
Day & Zimmermann is recruiting a Delivery Director to lead Federal Services Recruiting Strategy & Operations. The role drives growth through proactive engagement, market intel, and strong client partnerships to deliver qualified candidates and scalable delivery.
You will oversee Team Leads and recruiters, align delivery with BD and sales, and employ Bullhorn and BI dashboards to monitor performance and optimize results across programs. Travel up to 20% may be required.
