Federal Work Study - Administrative Support AssociateECU Department of Internal Medicine is currently seeking administrative help to support the department administrative and clinical operations. The position will include but is not limited to answering the phone for the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, assisting the EPA coordinator with filing and paperwork, and assisting the department’s current and future efforts with the Health Screenings that are headed by Dr. Paul Shackelford.Minimum of 2.0 GPA required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, and have the willingness to work with various groups of people.To be eligible for FEDERAL WORK STUDY positions, students MUST QUALIFY and RECEIVE a FEDERAL WORK STUDY AWARD from the ECU Financial Aid Office.Unless otherwise identified in the applicable job posting and consistent with University policy, the University will principally employ individuals who reside in the State of North Carolina to the greatest extent practicable. As such, most positions at East Carolina University require employees to live and work in North Carolina after hire.
