n***** Type and maintain meeting minutes from handwritten notes
n***** Maintain brochures in the Hall of Medical History
n*Filing and organize McGovern Academys library
n*Monitor Latch Key Room for cleanliness & organization
n*Maintain inventory of supplies in office, storeroom, and Latch Key Room
n*Assist with social media & website updates
n*Meet food delivery staff & AV set-up for various meetings and conferences
n*Assist McGovern Academy staff as needed
