Feed Mill ManagerA national livestock company is hiring a Feed Mill Manager following a recent promotion. The mill produces mostly cattle feed. You'll own day-to-day production, drive output higher, build and lead the team, and run capital improvement projects. This company has a strong track record of promoting hard workers into bigger roles as they open up.What You'll DoMaximize production and drive continuous improvementHire, train, and lead a team of about 20 employees, and hold them accountableHelp grow the operation into a continuous-run facilityOversee safety, OSHA, and HACCP complianceManage budgets and the P&LHost international visitors and major customer toursStay hands-on out on the floor to make sure the work gets done rightBackground Requirements3+ years of manufacturing experience (livestock feed or nutrition preferred; other Ag operations such as grain will be considered)LEAN, OSHA, HACCP, and safety experience preferredA strong communicator who can motivate and lead people at every levelA track record of growing teams and improving processesCompensation and Benefits$100,000 to $130,000 base salary plus bonus potentialFull health, dental, and vision coveragePTO401(k) with company matchIf you want to grow with a company that promotes people who earn it, apply today.
