Job description
Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Feed Mill Manager to coordinate daily operations, optimize resources, and lead a production team in a fast-paced facility. You will work with maintenance, QA, sanitation, and logistics to meet customer expectations and ensure safety.
You will develop training plans, participate in staffing decisions, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal partners.
