Feed Mill OperatorExpress Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Feed Mill Operator to join a local agricultural team. This position is responsible for feed production, load out operations, truck dispatching, quality control, ingredient receiving, equipment maintenance, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will have agricultural experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Key responsibilities include:Mix and prepare livestock feeds while ensuring quality and accuracyMaintain production records and documentation to meet FDA and FSMA requirementsRoute and distribute manufactured feed to appropriate storage bins and delivery trucksCoordinate feed deliveries and assist with daily mill operationsPlan and perform equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and repairsLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyMonitor feed production processes and quality standardsFollow all safety procedures and operational guidelinesQualifications:1+ years of agricultural experience requiredHigh School Diploma or GED strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow production and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical requirements:Ability to climb laddersAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, and work in a production environment throughout the shift
