Feed Mill Receiving Clerk - 1st & 2nd ShiftPosition Summary:Unload corn trains-We receive 75 to 150 cars per weekUnload other rail cars – 20 to 50 cars per weekUnload bulk ingredients trucks -We receive around 20 trucks per weekUnload bag ingredients trucksLoad out corn trucksPrint receiving and load out scale ticketsKeep corn reclaim system runningClean in the receiving and other areas of the millFill in other areas in the mill as neededEducation and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma preferredSkill Summary:Able to work well with others and without direct supervisionAble to work in a dusty environmentAble to work overtime as neededMust be dependable and punctualExcellent attendance, safety and work recordAbility to operate machinery including Train locomotiveWhy Work for Pilgrim's?Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekend work required; 1st shift 6:00 am -3:00 p mBenefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: Sick leave, vacation, company observed holidays or, any other statutorily required paid leave401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base hourly salary rate of $ 21.75; 2nd shift position has $1.00 shift differential.Perfect attendance incentive of $2.00 extra per hour for perfect attendance ;Career Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs;Better FuturesThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
