Feed Mill SupervisorAt Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Feed Mill Supervisor for Pilgrim's in Lufkin, Texas. Pilgrim's is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You'll oversee critical operations such as Feed Mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic settings and enjoys making a direct impact, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company committed to excellence.Responsibilities:Monitor feed sampling.Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.Match feed delivery tickets, etc.Minimal, if any, travel is required.Routine discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness, and unpleasant air conditions.May involve routine exposure to soiled materials and light chemical substances such as cleaning solutionsWhat You'll Need: (pick applicable)3-5 years experience in poultry industry required2 to 5 years of Commercial Feed experience requiredPrevious experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferredMechanically inclined preferred.Working knowledge of bag feed operations preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel, etc)SAP experience preferred.Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partnersAble to work evenings and weekends as requiredWhy Work for Pilgrim's?Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: Sick leave, vacation, company observed holidays or, any other statutorily required paid leave;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base salary range of $58,015.00 - $70,488.00Career Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs;The Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
