Flexible work-week schedule with mix of OR time and outpatient clinic. Dedicated PA support for OR and high-risk breast clinic. No general surgery or overnight/weekend call. Highly competitive base salary. CME reimbursement and professional development support. Relocation assistance available. *Our program encompasses full multidisciplinary care* Collaborate closely with our regional Cancer Center with a BILH academic affiliation for medical and radiation oncology. Access imaging easily with our onsite patient-friendly Breast Imaging center that includes digital mammography and breast MRI. Work closely with onsite plastic surgeon with a strong working relationship with breast surgery. Income Tax Free NH Boston MA and Portland ME only an hour away.**Pay Range:**$397,704.00 USD - $588,058.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
