Caregiver PositionPrestige Companion and Homemakers, LLC is a dedicated home care agency committed to providing compassionate and personalized support to individuals in need of assistance. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality home health care assistance, supporting clients with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and comfort. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and possess a strong background in senior and disability care, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility supportMonitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication reminders, and reporting changes promptlyProvide specialized careDocument records accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulationsSupport safe patient transfer methods using equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devicesPerform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environmentFollow home healthcare regulations and protocols while delivering compassionate patient careSkills:Proven experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory careFamiliarity with home care agency operationsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and their families while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelinesPhysical ability for heavy lifting and patient transfer methods as needed for client safetyExperience working within a client's home and understanding of home & community care standardsCompassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, attention to detail, and excellent client communicationJoin us in making a difference by providing essential homecare services that promote independence and dignity for our clients.
