Female Caregiver OpportunityQualicare Home Care Central NJ is looking for compassionate and dedicated Female Caregivers to join our growing team in Skillman, NJ. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who need support, comfort, and care in the place they love most — their home. If you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise or physical activityPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spacesOffer companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisorsAssist with medication reminders and appointment schedulingRequirements:Female caregiver candidates as required by client care preferencesPrior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting preferredCompassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help othersAbility to pass a background check and provide referencesValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredStrong communication skills and ability to follow care plansCNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus but not requiredAbout Us:Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients and their families throughout Central New Jersey.
