Fernandina – Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA – Outpatient – Home SettingPhysical Therapist Assistant | Fernandina Beach, FL, USA | Der DiemSeeking a PTA, Physical Therapy Assistant to cover therapy services in Fernandina, FL -in a home setting:We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Did we mention competitive compensation?Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent mannerProvide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independenceCommunications with families, physicians, and other health care team membersKeeps timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical recordQualifications:Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy.Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study.Actively Licensed as an Physical Therapist AssistantJob Type: PRN
