Job description
Shady Grove Fertility in Westshore, Florida is seeking a Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team. This role coordinates care for fertility patients, supports treatment plans, and collaborates with physicians and labs to ensure smooth, compassionate patient experiences.
The RN Case Manager will manage a caseload, document care in records, communicate orders and test results, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
